Return Policy

All returns must be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) by Western Mixer in advance and prior to returning. This can be obtained by calling 303-426-0006 or by emailing marketing@westernmixer.com. At that time a representative will discuss / outline the details regarding your goods to be returned and the nature and specifics of the refund you will receive. Once approved your refund will be issued within 7 -10 business days. Warranty consideration items must be addressed within the requirements and time frame of the manufacturer of the item itself.

 

Please note the following criteria and exceptions

  •  (A) provide a copy of the original invoice showing the purchase of the goods requested for return.
  •  (B) Contact and receive a return goods authorization number within 6 months of the original delivery of Goods.
  •  (C) Clearly display the return goods authorization number on the outside of all return packages.
  •  (D) Return the Goods within 30 days of receiving a return authorization number.
  •  (E) All goods must be complete, free of damage and in saleable condition. Used, weathered items are not eligible for return. Open seal kits, gasket kits and electrical items (switched, solenoids, etc.) as well as rubber products are also not eligible for return.
  •  (F) Items older than 3 months will be subject to a flat rate handling fee of 15%.
